1.Q. Why should I use your service for my needs?

A. We specialize in individual properties where you will stay in an unhosted apartment owned by our host families. We don't deal with expensive hotels or cheap hostels, just good value private residences. We don. t sell package tours, airline tickets, car rental etc, we just do what we are good at! This web site is a directory of Accommodation in Vilnius and other locality in Lithuania where you can stay as a paying guest in a private unhosted apartment.

2.Q. How can I be sure of the quality of the apartment?

A. We have a local agent who inspects each home with a checklist of our quality requirements. These include: a convenient location, interesting neighborhoods that have many local amenities, homes that are both comfortably furnished and well decorated and most importantly, friendly hosts who are willing to offer a warm welcome. Incidentally we only accept about 10% of those that apply to join our register.

3.Q. What can I expect at these private residences?

A. What you will get is a good value, quiet and relaxing apartment to return to after a busy day visiting the wonderful sights and historic sites of Vilnius. You will have a good night. s sleep on a comfortable bed and depending on your preference, a private bathroom just a few steps away which is for your use only. Obviously the furnishings and decor will vary from home to home but you will find a clean and well maintained property.

4.Q. What are the hosts like?

A. This is such a personal issue that there is no easy answer. Perhaps it will help to know that some of our hosts have been with us for almost 2 years because they offer excellent quality, great locations and most importantly a warm welcome. In fact we know of many guests who have become long-term friends with people they met as their hosts and who now visit with each other.

5.Q. What about your standards?

A. We keep a recommendation and complaints file on each home and keep all our hosts on their toes. Those that don't fix problems are removed from our listings.

A. Fully furnished apartments are available to rent for brief periods. Fill out on line RESERVATION FORM for booking an apartment and you let us know as soon as possible.

7.Q. What is the daily price of the apartment?

A. Regardless of the number of occupants, short term prices start at € 45 per night: 1 person - €45-60; 2 persons - € 50-70; 3 persons - € 65-80; 4 persons - € 70-100. Longer term than month stay starts from € 25 per night in a one bedroom (studio) apartment.

8.Q. I would like to specify a little bit more... do you have a bedsheets and towels in your rooms?

A. Fresh bed and bath linens are provided.

9.Q. Since this is a bed-and-breakfast place, is breakfast included, and where does one eat it. If breakfast is not included, are there restaurants near by where one can eat?

A. There are accommodations without breakfast. Equipped kitchens can be used for meals while breakfast will not be provided. Just ask you host. Daily rates are referred per apartment, breakfast is not included, service charge and taxes included. There are restaurants, cafes and food stores you live close by.
